Ground Beef Burrito Casserole

The perfect dish for big appetites.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
4 oz sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 flour tortillas, torn in half
3 cups shredded cheese, your preference

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Cook ground beef and chopped onion together in a pan. Cook until meat is browned, then drain liquid. Add taco seasoning and beans to pan, stir together.
  3. In separate bowl, mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Coat the bottom of a casserole dish with the mix.
  4. Line the casserole dish with 3 tortillas. Layer in half meat mixture and top with half of the shredded cheese. Repeat meat and cheese layers.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Serve from the oven and enjoy!
