Decadent White Hot Chocolate

Uniquely sweet and creamy.

Ingredients:

12 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 cup whipping cream
6 cups milk
2 tablespoons orange zest
1/4 cup sugar
Whipped cream, for garnish
Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine whipping cream, milk, orange zest and sugar. Stirring often, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Add 1 cup of the milk mixture to the melted white chocolate, stirring well with a wire whisk.
  4. Pour the white chocolate mixture into the milk mixture in the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring gently, until thoroughly heated.
  5. Pour into mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
