Broiled Salmon and Tomatoes

In less than 30 minutes you can put a fresh, healthy salmon dish on the table.

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
4 6 oz. pieces salmon fillet, skinless+ Add to Shopping List
4 tomatoes, cut in half, crosswise+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 teaspoon paprika+ Add to Shopping List
2 tablespoons olive oil+ Add to Shopping List
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt+ Add to Shopping List
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground+ Add to Shopping List
4 cloves garlic, sliced+ Add to Shopping List
8 sprigs fresh thyme+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Place salmon and tomatoes, cut side up, in a broiler-roasting pan. Sprinkle salmon with paprika.
  2. Drizzle salmon and tomatoes with olive oil then season with salt and black pepper. Randomly place garlic and thyme atop salmon and tomatoes.
  3. Broil for about 8 to 10 minutes, until salmon is opaque throughout and tomatoes are tender.
