Marinated Steak Bites

Fantastic as an appetizer or entrée with sides.

Ingredients:

1 lb top sirloin steak, cubed
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Stir together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, dried parsley, dried basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the steak pieces into the resealable container. Pour the marinade over the steak. Place the lid on and toss to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Bring a large skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak pieces from marinade and place into the skillet. Cook for about 1 minute and flip, continue cooking until all the steak bites are browned.
