Spicy Barbecue Pulled Pork

Serves 8 |
An all-time favorite with some heat!
|1 pork shoulder roast, 3 lb.|
|Steak seasoning, to taste|
|Olive oil, for rubbing meat|
|1 bottle spicy BBQ sauce, 18 oz.|
|1 tablespoon paprika|
|1 tablespoon chili powder|
|Salt, to taste|
|Pepper, to taste|
- Rub all sides of pork with olive oil and then sprinkle the steak seasoning evenly over pork, then the paprika and chili powder.
- Place the pork in a slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over pork. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and set to high to cook for 5-6 hours or set to low to cook for 8-10 hours.
- Use two forks to pull pork apart and enjoy!
