Spicy Barbecue Pulled Pork





Serves 8 |
An all-time favorite with some heat!
Ingredients:
| 1 pork shoulder roast, 3 lb. |
| Steak seasoning, to taste |
| Olive oil, for rubbing meat |
| 1 bottle spicy BBQ sauce, 18 oz. |
| 1 tablespoon paprika |
| 1 tablespoon chili powder |
| Salt, to taste |
| Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Rub all sides of pork with olive oil and then sprinkle the steak seasoning evenly over pork, then the paprika and chili powder.
- Place the pork in a slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over pork. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and set to high to cook for 5-6 hours or set to low to cook for 8-10 hours.
- Use two forks to pull pork apart and enjoy!
