Spicy Barbecue Pulled Pork

An all-time favorite with some heat!

Ingredients:

1 pork shoulder roast, 3 lb.
Steak seasoning, to taste
Olive oil, for rubbing meat
1 bottle spicy BBQ sauce, 18 oz.
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Rub all sides of pork with olive oil and then sprinkle the steak seasoning evenly over pork, then the paprika and chili powder.
  2. Place the pork in a slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over pork. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and set to high to cook for 5-6 hours or set to low to cook for 8-10 hours.
  4. Use two forks to pull pork apart and enjoy!
