Simple, tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

7 oz plain hummus
1 cup chopped baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons sliced, pitted black olives
1/2 cup shredded cucumber

Directions:

  1. Spoon half of the hummus into the bottom of a large serving bowl.
  2. Layer on spinach, tomatoes, onion, feta cheese and black olives.
  3. Top with remaining hummus and shredded cucumber. Serve with pita chips.
Course: Side
