Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground chicken
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1/3 cup hot sauce
4 hamburger buns

  2. Place the ground chicken in the skillet and break apart. Cook and stir until browned.
  3. Pour in the hot sauce and tomato sauce, stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low. Place a lid on the skillet and let simmer for 5 minutes.
