Spicy-Sweet Sauce

Serves 10 ounces | 
Great for dipping, glazing and marinating.

Ingredients:

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup hot honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Pour the ketchup, molasses, hot honey, brown sugar, paprika, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan. Bring the pan to medium heat. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the sauce into a container and refrigerate for 12 hours.
