Avocado Feta Dip





Serves 4 cups |
The any occasion party dip.
Ingredients:
2 avocados, scooped and diced |
4 oz feta chunk, cubed |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced |
1/3 cup diced red onion |
1/2 cup chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt |
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the avocado, feta, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, tomato, red onion, parsley, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt. Gently fold together until combined.
- Spoon avocado feta dip into a serving bowl and enjoy!
