Chicken Egg Roll Bowl

Serves 4 | 
Perfect for an easy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

2 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup soy sauce, more to taste, optional
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1 bag coleslaw mix, 16 oz.

Directions:

  1. Bring a large skillet to medium heat. Once hot, add the ground chicken and cook until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, green onion, and ginger to the skillet. Cook and stir together until heated through.
  3. Pour the coleslaw into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook until heated through.
  4. Transfer the chicken egg roll to four serving bowls. Spritz additional soy sauce over top, if desired.
