Sriracha Chili Shrimp





Serves 6 |
Mouthwatering and perfectly spicy.
Ingredients:
| 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
| 2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 6 oz chili sauce |
| 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
| 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
| Cooked rice, for serving |
Directions:
- Place shrimp in a large bowl. Add chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, salt, pepper and garlic to the bowl and toss until shrimp is coated.
- Pour olive oil into a skillet. Bring to medium heat. Transfer shrimp to the skillet. Saute for about 4 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through.
- Separate rice into six bowls. Spoon shrimp onto rice and enjoy!
