Turmeric Ginger Lemonade with Mint

Serves 4 | 
A refreshing and lively lemonade.


4 cups water
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1/4 cups lemon juice
4 tablespoons honey
Lemon slices


  1. Pour the water into a pot and bring to a light boil on high heat. Add the ground ginger and turmeric powder, continue to boil for about 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pot from the stove and let cool.
  2. Pour the liquid through a mesh strainer into a pitcher. Add the lemon juice and honey to the pitcher. Stir together until well combined.
  3. Add a few lemon slices to the pitcher and place into the refrigerator to chill.
  4. When the lemonade is cold, pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
