Honey Sriracha Pork Chops

Serves 4 |
Savory with a nice balance of sweet and spicy.
Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 teaspoons honey |
1/4 cup sriracha sauce |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Pour the canola oil into a large oven proof skillet and bring to medium-high heat. Once simmering, add the chops. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
- Generously spoon the sweet and spicy sauce over the chops. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Transfer the pork chops to serving plates. Enjoy!
