Stir-Fry Shrimp





Serves 4 |
Hot, hearty and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
| 1 tablespoon cooking oil |
| 1/2 lb broccoli florets |
| 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
| 3 carrots, thinly sliced |
| 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 1/4 cup wasabi ginger sauce |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1/2 lb snow peas |
| Cooked rice, for serving |
Directions:
- Warm a large frying pan over medium high heat. Swirl cooking oil around in the pan to coat. Add broccoli stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add red bell peppers and continue to cook for 1 minute. Add carrots and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
- Whisk wasabi ginger sauce, soy sauce and garlic together in a mixing bowl. Add snow peas to sauce and stir together. Pour sauce into the pan. Stir all ingredients together and cook until sauce is warmed.
- Add cooked rice to four bowls, top with stir-fry shrimp and enjoy!
