Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Serves 4 | 
A classic entree that’s easy to make and always satisfies.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 can beef broth, 10.5 oz
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 lb beef eye round steaks, cut into bite size pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
4 cups chopped fresh broccoli

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugar, beef broth and soy sauce. Mix until dissolved.
  2. In a large wok set over high heat, add beef; cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until browned.
  3. Add broth mixture, garlic, ginger and broccoli to skillet. Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat; simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
