Grilled Bacon Wrapped Asparagus





Serves 6 |
Serve as an appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients:
| 2 fresh asparagus, trimmed |
| cooking spray |
| black pepper |
| 1 bacon strips, halved lengthwise |
Directions:
- Set asparagus on a large plate. Coat asparagus with cooking spray, and then sprinkle with black pepper. Turn asparagus to coat.
- Wrap one piece of bacon around each piece of asparagus. Secure ends with toothpicks.
- Prepare grill for medium heat.
- Grill asparagus, uncovered, until bacon is crisp, about 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Discard toothpicks before serving.
