Broccoli Bacon Salad

Serves 4 | 
A simple and delicious side salad.

Ingredients:

10 bacon strips, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled bacon, broccoli, raisins and chopped nuts. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar, once mixed, pour over broccoli mixture, tossing to coat.
  3. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Stir before serving.
