Brains and Eyeballs for Halloween

They're tastier than they look!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb ground beef |
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings |
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 jar pimiento olives |
1 jar spaghetti sauce |
1 package spaghetti |
Parmesan cheese, for topping |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasonings, breadcrumbs, egg, and pepper. Form ground beef mixture into 30 eyeball-sized balls. Carefully insert an olive into each meatball, pimiento facing out.
- Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Set balls in baking dish, cover then bake for 45 minutes.
- While eyeballs are cooking, warm spaghetti sauce and prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain spaghetti. Place spaghetti in a serving bowl then gently place eyeballs atop. Spoon spaghetti sauce on top of pasta and drizzle over eyeballs. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
