Honey Baked Pears with Almonds





Serves 4 |
Sweet, healthy and easy to make.
Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup finely crushed almonds |
| 2 bartlett pears |
| 2 teaspoons honey |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| Yogurt, for garnish |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cut pears in half. Scoop out seeds. (Slice tiny piece off bottom so the pear will lay flat and not roll) Arrange on baking sheet.
- Drizzle honey on pear slices. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and crush almonds over top.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool for 10 minutes.
