Slow cooking at its best!

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can cranberry sauce
1 packet dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoons cold water
5 lb boneless turkey breast
Salt, (to taste)
Ground black pepper, (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Season turkey with onion soup mix, salt and pepper. Cover turkey evenly, then place in crockpot. Top turkey with cranberry sauce.
  2. Place top on crockpot and turn to low heat and cook for 4-5 hours. (turkey should be tender, not mushy)
  3. Remove turkey from crockpot, let rest. Leave sauce in crockpot, cover and turn heat to high.
  4. As crockpot is heating up. Combine cold water and cornstarch. Mix together until it forms a smooth paste.
