Decadently Rich Cookie Bar





Serves 24 |
Big enough to share, but you probably won’t want to!
Ingredients:
| 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut |
| 6 oz chocolate baking chips |
| 1 cup chopped walnuts |
| 1 cup crumbled graham crackers |
| 6 oz butterscotch chips |
| 1 can sweetened condensed milk |
| 1/2 cup melted butter |
| Cooking spray |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease the bottom of a large cooking pan.
- Spread crumbled graham cracker on the bottom of the cooking pan. Pour melted butter over the top of the graham crackers and lightly press into pan.
- Evenly arrange coconut flakes, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the bottom of the pan.
- Drizzle condensed milk over mixture evenly, covering completely.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts in the pan. Spread out evenly.
- Place pan in oven, bake for 25-30 minutes. (Top should be golden brown)
- Remove from oven, let cool before cutting.
