Decadently Rich Cookie Bar

Serves 24 | 
Big enough to share, but you probably won’t want to!

Ingredients:

1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
6 oz chocolate baking chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup crumbled graham crackers
6 oz butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup melted butter
Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease the bottom of a large cooking pan.
  3. Spread crumbled graham cracker on the bottom of the cooking pan. Pour melted butter over the top of the graham crackers and lightly press into pan.
  4. Evenly arrange coconut flakes, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the bottom of the pan.
  5. Drizzle condensed milk over mixture evenly, covering completely.
  6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts in the pan. Spread out evenly.
  7. Place pan in oven, bake for 25-30 minutes. (Top should be golden brown)
  8. Remove from oven, let cool before cutting.
