3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Why buy store bought cookies, when these are so easy to make?

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine egg, sugar and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Stir together until smooth.
  4. Scoop small amount out and form into small balls. Arrange on baking sheet.
  5. Press fork on top to make crisscross pattern.
  6. Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool before serving.
Cooking Method: Bake
Course: Dessert
