Honey Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites





Serves 6 |
Sweet, tangy, and unbelievably delicious.
Ingredients:
| 2 tablespoons honey |
| 1/4 cup Dijon mustard |
| 1 tablespoon brown sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard |
| 1 package kielbasa sausage, 4 count, 12 oz. |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, and whole grain mustard to a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
- Slice the kielbasa in half. Then make several horizontal slices to the middle of the sausage.
- Arrange kielbasa bites on the baking sheet. Spoon the mustard mixture over each one.
- Place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes. Baste kielbasa bites around the halfway mark with the remaining mustard mixture.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Transfer the kielbasa bites to a platter. Enjoy!
