Maple Mustard Baked Chicken

Six ingredients for pure deliciousness!

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, tenderized
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a sealable container.
  2. Whisk together the lemon juice, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, paprika, and sea salt in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts. Seal closed and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  5. While the oven is heating, bring a large pan to medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Then transfer the chicken to a rimmed baking sheet. Place in the oven to cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
