Maple Mustard Baked Chicken





Serves 4 |
Six ingredients for pure deliciousness!
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, tenderized |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 cup pure maple syrup |
1 cup Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
- Place the chicken breasts in a sealable container.
- Whisk together the lemon juice, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, paprika, and sea salt in a small mixing bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts. Seal closed and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- While the oven is heating, bring a large pan to medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Then transfer the chicken to a rimmed baking sheet. Place in the oven to cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
