Kiwi Mango Salsa





Serves 3 cups |
Fresh, sweet, salty, and a little spicy.
Ingredients:
1 cup jalapeno |
1 cup finely diced mango, finely diced |
1 cup finely diced kiwifruit |
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/3 cup finely diced red onions |
1/16 teaspoon salt, more to taste |
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
- Add the kiwi, jalapeno, mango, lemon juice, red onion, salt, and cilantro to a large mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Add more salt, if desired.
- Cover and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight, before serving.
- Enjoy with chips or other dipping foods.
