Strawberry Spinach Salad

Perfect for brunch, picnics, and potlucks.

Ingredients:

6 cups baby spinach
12 oz strawberries, thinly sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
Strawberry vinaigrette dressing

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry the spinach. Transfer to a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the strawberries, feta cheese, almonds, and red onion to the salad bowl. Mix until incorporated.
  3. Drizzle the Strawberry vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss until thoroughly coated.
  4. Use salad tongs to transfer to servings plates. Enjoy!
