Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Serves 6 | 

Scrumptious, chunky and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup water
3 chicken thighs
Salt, (to taste)
1 packet onion soup mix
2 onions, (chopped)
2 potatoes, (chopped)
1 cup corn, (fresh or frozen,thawed if frozen)
8 oz tomato sauce
Ground black pepper, (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Add mushroom soup and water to slow cooker; mix together. Add chicken then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on high heat for 1 hour.
  2. Add onion soup mix, onions, potatoes, corn and tomato sauce to slow cooker. Continue cooking on high heat for 4 hours or switch to low heat and cook for 8 hours.
