Garlic Parmesan Baked Chicken Wings

Each wing packs big flavor.

Ingredients:

2 lb chicken wings
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Place an 8-quart pot with a steamer basket with 2 inches water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Add wings and steam for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove wings from pot and place wings on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 425° F. Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes then flip and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
  4. Pour olive oil in a small saucepan, and butter let it melt on medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Transfer melted butter mix to a large bowl, add salt and 2 tablespoons parsley.
  5. Place wings in a bowl. Toss until coated, place on a serving plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining parsley. Enjoy!
