NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Superior Grocers “Free Groceries for a Year” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Superior Grocers in partnership with Olive Crest.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on May 4, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT (“Giveaway Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Superior Grocers, Olive Crest, Meta Platforms, Inc., SlickText, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official SlickText web form linked through Superior Grocers’ promotional advertisements or emails and opting into Superior Grocers’ SMS marketing program. Participants must provide all required information on the entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. To ensure that customers who are already subscribed to Superior Grocers text messages can still participate, the entry form may include the following disclaimer:

“Opt in to Superior Grocers texts to enter the giveaway. Already on our text list? You can still enter! Just submit your information again to be entered for a chance to win.”

If an entrant is already subscribed to the SMS program, their contact information will not be duplicated in the system and may instead update their existing subscriber record. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual beyond the permitted limit may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) winner will receive Fifty-two (52) Superior Grocers gift cards.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $100
Total ARV of all prizes combined: $5,200

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: A winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Superior Grocers or its designated representative following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. Potential winners may be contacted via phone number, SMS, or email provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time specified, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS: By entering the Giveaway and opting into Superior Grocers’ SMS program, participants consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Superior Grocers at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Participants may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may receive assistance by replying HELP.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s consent for Superior Grocers and Olive Crest to use entrant’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Superior Grocers, Olive Crest, Meta Platforms, Inc., SlickText, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, nor for any technical, hardware, software, network, or telecommunications failures of any kind.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Superior Grocers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

PRIVACY: Information collected from participants will be subject to Superior Grocers’ privacy policy and may be used for marketing and promotional communications in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All giveaway entries may be collected and maintained in a list titled “List From Giveaway” for organizational and campaign management purposes.
