Buffalo Chicken Rotini Pasta Salad





Serves 6 |
A spicy new take on the classic.
Ingredients:
1 box rotini pasta, 16 oz. |
1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce |
3/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
1 lb chicken breasts, shredded |
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles |
1 bunch green onions, chopped |
2 celery ribs, diced |
Directions:
- Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside to let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, sour cream and ranch dressing. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, blue cheese, green onions and celery. Stir to combine. Pour in the cooked noodles and stir together. Pour the sauce over top and stir until well coated.
- Place bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours before serving.
