Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Easy, quick and oh so delicious.

Ingredients:

1 package frozen hash browns, 32 oz
1 can cream of chicken soup, 10 oz
1 container sour cream, 12 oz
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour half of the hash browns into the baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and green onions. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the hash browns. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over top.
  3. Add the remaining hash browns. Pour the remainder of soup mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, then cover with crushed corn flakes. Pour the melted butter over the top and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
