2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1/2 cup marinara sauce, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley, Italian seasoning, onion powder, 2 teaspoons salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Divide into 2 equal portions.
