They're cheesy, spicy and absolutely scrumptious.

Ingredients:

1 package sweet Hawaiian rolls
1 stick butter, melted
4 oz cream cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 lb shredded cooked turkey
6 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 jalapeno, sliced
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Grease a medium baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking pan.
  3. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on the rolls in the pan. Layer sliced turkey on top of the cream cheese in an even layer. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and top with bacon. Arrange jalapeno slices on top of the bacon. Place the top half of the rolls on top to make the sandwiches.
  4. Add the cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder to the melted butter and stir to combine. Pour the mixture over the sandwiches, making sure to cover evenly.
  5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
  6. Let sit for 5 minutes. Cut into individual sliders and enjoy!
