Bubbly Red Grapefruit Cocktail

A refreshing citrus centric sweet-tart cocktail.

Ingredients:
| 2 oz vodka |
| 6 oz fresh red grapefruit juice |
| 2 tablespoons triple sec |
| 1 oz lemon-lime sparkling water |
| Lime wedge, for garnish |
Directions:
- Partially fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Pour in vodka, grapefruit juice and triple sec. Shake vigorously.
- With a strainer, pour cocktail into two glasses.
- Top cocktail off with sparkling water, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.
