- Toss together all salad ingredients, adding oregano directly to the cabbage. Reserve some peppers, olives, feta cheese and onion as garnish.
- Make Ladolemono Dressing by whisking together equal amounts of lemon juice and olive oil. Add to the salad and toss thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with reserved peppers, olives, feta, and onion.
