Ladolemono Dressing:
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
  1. Toss together all salad ingredients, adding oregano directly to the cabbage. Reserve some peppers, olives, feta cheese and onion as garnish.
  2. Make Ladolemono Dressing by whisking together equal amounts of lemon juice and olive oil. Add to the salad and toss thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Garnish with reserved peppers, olives, feta, and onion.
