Barbecued Country Ribs

These delicious ribs are easy to make, yet don’t taste like it!
Ingredients:
4 lb. bone-in country style pork ribs |
1 tablespoon paprika |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
3/4 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
3/4 cup cold water |
1 tablespoon salt |
Directions:
- In a large pot, stir together salt, chili powder, ketchup, water, Worcestershire, paprika, vinegar and pepper. After evenly mixed, add ribs to pot and fill with water until ribs are fully submerged.
- Boil water in pot, reduce to medium-low after boiling and then simmer until the ribs are tender. Average time about 90 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook ribs for 12-15 minutes, basting with sauce frequently.
