Deliciously Seasoned Corn on the Cob

Serves 8 | 
A real treat that is spiced to perfection. Great fresh, easy preparation for a later date.

Ingredients:

8 ears sweet corn, (shucked)
1 1/2 tablespoons smoked salt, (coarse)
1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1 tablespoon black pepper, (coarse)
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons orange zest, (finely grated)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, (for drizzling)
1 stick unsalted butter

Directions:

  1. Separate salts into individual bowls. Mix orange zest with sea salt. Mix paprika with kosher salt and pepper with smoked salt.
  2. Turn grill to medium heat. Evenly coat corn with vegetable oil. Grill corn to a light char for 15 minutes, turning often.
  3. Butter corn and serve with preffered seasoned salt.
