Fresh Mint & Cilantro Chutney:
1/2 bunch fresh mint, washed and destemmed |
1 bunch cilantro, washed and destemmed |
1 small tomato, rough chopped |
1/4 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and rough chopped |
1/2 onion, yellow or sweet, rough chopped |
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice |
1 Serrano pepper, seeded and rough chopped |
1 tsp ground cumin |
1/4 tsp sea salt |
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve over grilled lamb.
