Fresh Mint & Cilantro Chutney:
1/2 bunch fresh mint, washed and destemmed
1 bunch cilantro, washed and destemmed
1 small tomato, rough chopped
1/4 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and rough chopped
1/2 onion, yellow or sweet, rough chopped
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 Serrano pepper, seeded and rough chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp sea salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve over grilled lamb.
