Grilled Salmon with Garlic-Butter Sauce





Serves 4 |
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each |
Sea salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
4 tablespoons unsalted butter |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
- Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 7 minutes. Then flip and brush the fillets with the garlic-butter sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the salmon from the grill.
- Place the salmon fillets on serving plates. Spritz the salmon with lemon juice. Enjoy!
