Hot Honey Salmon Fillets

The perfect balance of sweet, spicy and savory.

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
1/3 cup hot honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
  3. Stir together the hot honey, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the hot honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the baking sheet into the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the glaze is caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
