A fantastically simple New Year's cocktail.

Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur |
| 4 oz dry sparkling white wine |
| Sparkling water |
| Ice cubes |
| Lemon wheel, for garnish |
Directions:
- Place a few ice cubes into a cocktail glass. Pour the elderflower liqueur over top of the ice. Add sparkling white wine and sparkling water. Gently stir together.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
