Salt and Pepper Pork Chops

Four ingredients are all it takes!
Ingredients:
2 pork chops |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
Kosher salt, to taste |
Ground pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Bring a skillet to high heat.
- Season both sides of the pork chop with liberal amounts of salt and pepper.
- One skillet is hot, add olive oil and swirl around to coat skillet. Add pork chops and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side. (Pork chops should be golden brown)
- Transfer pork chops to a baking sheet. Place in oven and cook 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
