Alfredo Chicken Ravioli

Two great dishes in one bowl!
Ingredients:
1 package cheese ravioli, 10 oz. |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 clove garlic, finely minced |
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning |
1 yellow onion, diced |
1/2 cup white wine |
1 jar Alfredo sauce, 15 oz. |
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast |
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, more for topping |
1/2 cup half and half |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Chopped Italian Parsley, for garnish |
Directions:
- Cook ravioli according to package directions. Set aside.
- Preheat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Once hot add butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and diced onion to the skillet. Saute for about 10 minutes, until onion is lightly browned and caramelized.
- Add white wine and cook until wine has evaporated completely.
- Add Alfredo sauce and diced chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and half and half. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked ravioli and gently toss with sauce to coat thoroughly.
- Divide in half and spoon into two bowls. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
