Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

Serves 4 | 
A delicious way to shake up pizza night.

Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 prepared pizza crust
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450° F.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place steak, peppers and onions to pan. Cook for about 2 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels.
  3. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and steak mixture. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes, until cheese melts and crust warms through.
