Grilled Fajita Wrap

Serves 6 | 
A simple and satisfying Southwest-style dish.

Ingredients:

6 tortillas
2 lb chicken
4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons red wine
2 red bell peppers, diced
2 yellow bell peppers, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 red onions, diced
Monterey Jack cheese, for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut chicken bell peppers, and onion into thin strips. Grill meat and add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and red wine. Then add bell peppers and onion.
  3. Wrap the cooked ingredients in the tortilla. Top Monterey Jack cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
