Grilled Fajita Wrap

A simple and satisfying Southwest-style dish.
Ingredients:
6 tortillas |
2 lb chicken |
4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
4 tablespoons red wine |
2 red bell peppers, diced |
2 yellow bell peppers, diced |
2 green bell peppers, diced |
2 red onions, diced |
Monterey Jack cheese, for topping |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut chicken bell peppers, and onion into thin strips. Grill meat and add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and red wine. Then add bell peppers and onion.
- Wrap the cooked ingredients in the tortilla. Top Monterey Jack cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
