Roasted Garlic Asparagus

A simple side dish with big flavor.
Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus, trimmed |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Place asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast until asparagus has browned in spots, and is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
