Roasted Chicken Leg Quarters

Serves 8 | 
A few simple seasonings create a delicious chicken dish.

Ingredients:

8 chicken leg quarters
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons basil
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Grease a shallow baking sheet. Set chicken legs on baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together butter, garlic, basil, sage, thyme, salt and black pepper. Brush butter mixture all over chicken legs.
  4. Bake chicken for 60 minutes.
Course: Dinner
