Pasta:
4 medium Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. snow peas
1 lb. fresh fettuccine
green onions, minced
  1. In a skillet, combine all the sauce ingredients. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes over high heat, until the sauce starts to thicken. Add the snow peas and simmer for 1 minute.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the fettuccine according to the package directions.
  3. Drain the fettuccine and toss with the sauce. Garnish with minced green onions over the top, and serve immediately.
